The journey continues…
After more than two years of preparation, it was with great pride and relief that I launched “Everything that Matters“ launched in October. And that is when I learned that the journey was just beginning…
So what has this journey brought thus far? Serious music critics have written flattering reviews about the CD, and I hope there will be more to come. The CD is selling well in Russian and Swiss stores, and also online and on I-tunes. Fans are signing up for the mailing list and also on Facebook. More than 2,000 people have visited my website over the past few months, and many of them have become repeat visitors. Further, I launched the charitable initiative “Helping our Heroes at Home“ using the song “Heroes“ to raise awareness and funds for our soldiers returning home. This effort is now featured in a You Tube video and has attracted media attention.
In 2012, my hope is to build on these positive developments as I begin giving live performances. I will play on a popular Moscow talk show in February, and will give an in-store concert in Geneva at FNAC on March 1st. And I am finding new inspiration and writing new music for the next album.
